Digital Management of Production / MES / MOM Trainings
Digital Management of Production/ MES/MOM Trainings are given by electronic, mechatronic and industrial engineers who gained experience on method improvement in manufacturing factories. All of the training activities are given in detail either on-the-job, or by sitting next to the officials or via connecting to their computers through remote access. The scope of the trainings are as follows:
- Using ProMANAGE in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)
- Providing on-the-job training to the operators and all other officials
- Analysis of data that are gathered from the factory
- Determination of losses and inconsistencies
- Making root cause analyses
- Deciding on improvements
- Determination of developments and reporting them
- The use of stoppage and scrap structure through defining them in a tree way
- Making system settings about the determination of KPIs and their tracking
- Works on generating and sending automatic reports
- Making all identifications regarding maintenance operations management, teaching and enhancing it and bringing it into force
- Making all identifications regarding quality test operations management, teaching and enhancing it and bringing it into force
- Trainings regarding data collection from the machinery and work stations at a factory and determination and protection of the line’s condition
- Giving all trainings regarding system enlargement and new setups
