System is basically used for the purpose of collecting data automatically from the production line to analyse and organize the production line.

Production, faults, stops type informations are collected automatically from the production machines or work stations and monitored at the office layer.

Job beginning time and durations of the operators; stop attendance time and durations of the technicians to the machines, repairement details, scraw amounts and details e.t.c. are collected via operators using data terminals. 

Production tracking tecnologies as barcode, proximity, RFID can be used.

In a field beginning from machine based production planning,  up to overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) calculation for unit machine or tecnician for complete plant, different kind of reports pointing improvements for effectiveness of the plant are produced
